Your application will be processed, if your passport information is identified by the service center. You will be informed of submission on your e-mail address. It is always advised to read all information regarding eligibility and requirements before applying and provide correct input in your application. You also ensure to pay the correct fee because this will not be refunded, if you have filed incorrect details or wrong fee due to which your application has been rejected.

General information for an applicant

For your general information, Australia ETA is issued to a visitor who holds passport from any of the countries: Brunei – Darussalam, Hong Kong (SAR PRC), Japan, Korea Rep of (South), Malaysia, Singapore and United States. The purpose of visit should be visiting family/friends, tourism, attending business events or meeting clients and intended stay shouldn’t exceed three months during a single visit. The applicant shouldn’t have held any Australian visa at the time of ETA application.
